Linda Burke has over 27 years of fitness experience, 17 of those as an independently contracted, certified personal fitness trainer. In 1994, she became ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified and is currently ACT (Athletic Certification Training Commission) certified. Her area of expertise is strength training and her forte is proper form and technique.
